I went and replaced the entire charcoal canister assembly with all new lines and valves. I have also replaced, egr, vsv, and all lines and clamps. I cleared the codes and replaced the gas cap twice. I drove it and codes popped on again. There are no restrictions and vacuum is there. They won't pass emissions test with the light on, what else could it be?
